Nature is a decentralized network that uses environmental data to timestamp biological function in order to control the flow of energy and information. Your health state is always the Proof of Work (PoW) for biological coherence and connection with nature. Health is non-fungible and can’t be cheated; you are either connected to nature or disconnected; there are no shortcuts. Disconnecting from nature destroys our body’s exquisite timing mechanism, unraveling the decentralized network buried within our biophysics, and creating a complete loss of health. When this occurs, you are more vulnerable to and dependent upon centralized protocols like healthcare and technology. A protocol that isn’t decentralized and doesn’t satisfy nature’s proof of work system will never create optimal health—ex: pharmaceuticals, supplements, diet, exercise, etc. 

While nature uses time, energy, and information exclusively to create decentrlaized biophysical systems, the modern world has introduced money as an additional variable that can either support or destroy biophysical systems. Removing or centralizing any one of these variables will always degrade health. Decentralizing your money and plugging into nature’s decentralized network will always yield health.

TIME

Time is the ultimate force in nature and thus, health. Everything comes back to time. 

Time is relative, not absolute. 

On Earth, nature’s clock is the sun. The solar cycle creates environmental change in the form of light, dark and temperature fluctuation; time is kept relative to these dynamic inputs. Every environment experiences these changes in a unique manner relative to its position in relationship to the sun on a seasonal basis. These fluctuations are designed to be experienced without interruption and used to coordinate the transmission of energy and information within the biophysical organism.

If we lived on earth in its exquisite, natural form, this would be simple. Sunrise and daytime light coordinates the daily cycle of cell function. Sunset and darkness stimulates repair and regeneration. But, in a way, we no longer live on earth—we’ve created our own modern environment with no control of light/dark cycling and aberrant inputs that disconnect us from optimal biophysics. We no longer experience time as nature intended.

Accuracy of the internal timekeeping mechanism allows for the proper flow of energy and information = health.

Without accurate timekeeping, the flow of energy and information is lost and chaos ensues = disease.

Any protocol that doesn’t include time is just noise to the system. 

The arrow of time is always moving in one direction, but the speed at which it moves is relative to the environment you exist within. Health is all about slowing down time. Disease is time acceleration. Controlling the variables that influence the pace of the clock is how your create health. 

The problem: the modern environment perpetuates a chronic loss of time via:

  • Indoor living subtracts virtually all daytime light—humans are effectively living in caves during the day, which means there is no light stimulus to run the machinery. Indoor living has also subtracted temperature fluctuation from seasonal timekeeping. The loss of  these timestamps leads to a chronic loss of time, which accelerates entropy/chaos and thus, disease.

  • Nearly ubiquitous use of sunglasses, sunscreen and contacts all filter the transmission of light which disrupts the ability of the clock mechanism to keep time accurately.

  • Non-native frequencies—blue light in particular—destroy accuracy of the clock and speed up biological time to accelerate the pace of aging. They’ve also subtracted darkness by introducing light at night, which degrades repair and regeneration, further accelerating loss of time (and health)

Nature always creates the optimal timestamps to control the flow of energy and information in a way that supports health:

  • Daily exposure to sunrise resets and recalibrates the circadian clock to slow time down. 

  • Continued exposure to sunlight throughout the day further supports exquisite accuracy. 

  • Absolute darkness after sunset stimulates the repair and regeneration program. 

  • Avoidance of sunglasses, sunscreen and contacts ensures an unadulterated connection with nature via transmission of unfiltered sunlight. 

ENERGY

Energy is nature’s decentralized currency. Thermodynamics is the biological economy. Energy is a zero sum game—you cannot make more on demand. You must spend it wisely in order to protect your time. 

Energy is the critical input that gets transformed into “work.” It can be stored for future use, but must be present in some form at all times to run human biophysics and health.

Energy must be present to harvest and manufacture light.

Your health is always the PoW for energy status and thermodynamics. Loss of energy always leads to a loss of time; this ultimately means a loss of health. You can never cheat a loss of energy to restore health (diet/exercise/supplements/pharmaceuticals/etc.). It must be restored for health to run correctly; time controls the flow of energy and must be restored first. 

There is a critical loss of human energy in the modern world. This has created the health crisis unfolding in front of our eyes today.

The modern health conversation focuses on food as the most important energetic input—this is not how nature built her decentralized network and will never drive restoration of health. Food is sunlight slowed down through the process of photosynthesis. Food electrons only accounts for 33% of what humans transform into energy; the remainder comes from direct sunlight exposure, grounding, etc. Relying on food as the only energetic input will always result in an energetic deficiency and a subsequent loss of time and health.

In reality, human beings are solar powered. We were designed to stay plugged into nature’s power grid at all times. Every square inch of our complex physical design was optimized to live under the influence of infinite solar energy, without clothing, connected directly to the earth through our feet. Though we can run on stored energy in order to get by for a period, we were never designed to live in the energetic void of the modern environment.

Everyone has access to unlimited energy at no cost if they choose to plug into nature. The modern world keeps us blind to this via technology. By plugging in, energy can be restored to add time back to your biophysical bank account. 

INFORMATION

The human biophysical organism is an informational ledger that records energetic transactions with the environment. Every individual mitochondria contributes to the ledger. The ledger is a proxy for mitochondrial redox capacity, both at the tissue and global level.

Your health is determined by the data stored within this ledger and the quality of your energetic transactions with the environment. Each transaction is timestamped by the environment, allowing for an indisputable history of events that creates biophysical time. 

Loss of energy to the environment creates debt, which always leads to disease; this decreases redox capacity. Energetic wealth and abundance creates health because it builds redox capacity.

As the modern world becomes more and more technological and disconnected from nature, the difficulty rate for achieving/maintaining health increases; in effect, the environment is constantly subtracting more and more from our biological ledger. To compensate for this, we must strengthen our connection with nature. A deeper connection supports robust energetic reserve to maintain a strong redox capacity and a resilient body.

The human body adapts to an indebted ledger in order to maintain thermodynamic economic function; but adaptation is not desirable. Energetic prosperity is the goal and is the only way to run the human in a state of health. 

The information buried in this ledger can’t be changed and every recorded transaction matters. But new transactions can be written on top of the old to eliminate accrued debt, increase energetic wealth and improve the thermodynamic economy of your biology = health.

Health is the PoW for how we are harvesting energy from nature to create a ledger that the builds redox potential required to do biophysical work. 

Environmental transactions that add energy to the ledger: 

  • Unfiltered solar exposure through eyes and on skin. 

  • Grounding

  • Seasonal eating and circadian timing of meals

  • Social connection

  • Cold exposure

  • Darkness at night

  • Environmental transactions that decrease energy from the ledger: 

  • Solar deficiency

  • Sunglasses, sunscreen, contacts and clothing

  • Exposure to non-native EMF (blue light, wifi, RF, etc.)

  • Light at night

  • Not eating in the morning and eating too late at night.

  • Non-seasonal food

MONEY

Money’s only purpose is to buy you time. Time is always the most valuable asset, never the opposite. Chronic loss of time in pursuit of money will always degrade health.

Money should always add, never subtract, time from your biological bank account. 

For money to buy you time and support health, it must maintain or gain value over the course of time. Fiat money can be printed on demand, resulting in inflation. Inflation is time theft due to value destruction and always subtracts time from your biological bank account. Decentralized money can never be printed and is deflationary. This means that value is always increasing and time is actually being added back to your biological bank account. 

The better the money, the better the society; the health of the individual flows from this axiom. As money degrades, so does society and everything within it. Anything tied to Fiat money degrades due to the inflationary destruction of value over time. Health and healthcare is the best example of this. The modern healthcare system depends on individuals being sick in order to have long-term customers that require a product or service; this is how they harvest Fiat money to maintain their existence in a Fiat world. This applies to all methodologies of healthcare happening today: western, alternative, functional, etc. They are all the same. The products they sell include pharmaceuticals, surgeries, therapies and supplements. As value destruction occurs due to inflation, they require more and more sick individuals to feed their machine. Healthy people are not useful to them so they are not incentivized to support individuals getting or staying well; this is why chronic disease increases in lockstep with healthcare spending, not vice versa.

If you plug into the centralized, fiat healthcare system, you are limited to the centralized, fiat healthcare solutions. They use insurance companies and doctors to control your journey. Their incentive is not for you to be well; the only outcome will be the short-term relief of symptoms in exchange for the long-term destruction of your health. This is the perfect strategy for creating a customer.

In a decentralized, sound money system, the value of money is increasing over time. This improves societal dynamics and thus, health. Harvesting fiat dollars to offset inflationary time theft is not required when the money is good; this completely changes the incentive structure at every level. The incentive structure is built on value-add, not consumerism; only the most effective products and services will survive in this system. This translates directly into a healthcare system that is driven to support wellness, not sickness because only the tools and practitioners that can demonstrate PoW will continue to exist. 

Decentralizing your life and your money allows you to achieve health sovereignty. This makes your resistant to the pitfalls and dangers inherent to the centralized medical system, allowing true health to be achievable.
