DECENTRALIZE YOUR DAY
It’s TIME TO TAKE action.
Reconnect your environment to nature’s decentralized network to restore time, energy and information:
Light
Morning sunlight exposure: 12-30 minutes. Ideally at sunrise. This is 80% of the story.
Light Breaks: Every 25 minutes inside, 5 minutes outside
Sun directly on your skin: minimum of 30 minutes daily with as much skin exposed as possible.
Always avoid sunglasses and sunscreen: these disrupt the harvesting of time, energy and information.
Grounding: plug into natural surfaces as often as possible. This helps you harvest more light through the hotoelectric effect.
PROTECT
Instead of sunscreen, work on building a solar callus through purposeful, dosed exposure. While building your solar callus, wear natural fibers for sun protection, while still allowing light through. Do this all day. Unbleached cotton or linen.
Wear blue blockers over your eyes when indoors to protect your brain: 60% filtration from sunrise to sunset. 100% filtration from sunset to sunrise.
Minimize non-native EMF exposure: keep technology away from you whenever possible, phones on airplane mode, use technology outside whenever you can.
Set boundaries with time invaders: if somebody is stealing your time, they are stealing your health.
SLEEP
Optimize sleep by creating true darkness: candles and fire light before bed are best. Red lights are next best. Always wear 100% blue blockers if using technology after sunset.
Sleep in complete darkness and try to make your bedroom cold: avoid artificial light and non-native EMF at night
HYDRATE
Hydrate with Deuterium Depleted Water: add salt. Sip throughout the day, particularly when using technology.
TIME
Prioritize tasks based on light cycle: hardest tasks between 11am-1pm.
Plan your week around circadian biology: think ahead and schedule your day in way that prioritizes circadian biology.
